About The Role
Moneyfarm operates a Bubble structure: cross‑functional, outcome‑driven teams that bring together Product, Tech, Commercial, and other disciplines around a shared KPI set. This role sits in the Partners Bubble, which owns the outcomes that grow Moneyfarm’s B2B2C business – delivering our platform, products and engagement capabilities through institutional banking and financial services partners. We need someone who can be productive from day one and is comfortable representing Moneyfarm in rooms with senior banking executives, consultants and regulators. You’ll work across a multi‑party delivery environment involving the partner bank, external consulting firms and technology delivery partners, alongside Moneyfarm’s own engineering, design, operations, compliance and investment advisory teams. In line with our Bubble model, you’ll have a dual reporting line: to the Partners DRI for the ‘what’ (outcomes, priorities, roadmap) and to the Head of Product for the ‘how’ (craft, methodology, career development).
Main Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the partnership end‑to‑end, from requirements gathering through to delivery, launch and iteration, aligned to Bubble OKRs and the wider product strategy.
- Define and manage scope, priorities and trade‑offs for the integration, working closely with external consulting and technology delivery partners.
- Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional delivery across Moneyfarm’s engineering, design, operations and compliance teams, managing dependencies and risks across workstreams.
- Define and deliver the engagement model for the partner’s Financial Advisors, including CRM automation tools, support desk functionality and content/marketing capabilities.
- Ensure Moneyfarm’s API layer meets the requirements of the partner’s front‑end, built and managed by an external technology partner.
- Act as the primary product point of contact for the partnership, engaging directly with C‑level and senior management at the partner institution – CFOs, Deputy GMs, heads of Commercial and Marketing.
- Navigate the dynamics of a multi‑party delivery environment, ensuring alignment and accountability across all parties.
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with external partners to define processes, customer journeys and operating models.
- Support commercial discussions by providing product input on scope, feasibility and delivery timelines.
- Apply an AI‑first approach to how the team works and what it ships.
- Use AI to accelerate research, specification writing, stakeholder communication and engineering velocity.
- Identify opportunities to reuse and scale the partner integration model for future B2B2C partnerships.
- Act as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies and keep stakeholders close to progress and trade‑offs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, programme delivery or business integration within Financial Services, Banking or FinTech.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex integration or platform delivery projects involving institutional partners – banks, insurers, asset managers or similar.
- Proven ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders at institutional organisations; comfortable operating at C‑level and board level.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering cross‑company programmes on time and within scope.
- Experience working with APIs, platform integrations and/or B2B2C product models.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage delivery with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English – you will be drafting proposals, presenting to partner boards and running steering committees.
- Fluent Italian speaker (written and verbal) – essential for day‑to‑day collaboration with the partner bank and Italian stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in regulated environments (MiFID, KYC/AML, CONSOB, Bank of Italy).
- Strong collaboration with engineering and design.
- Able to influence cross‑functional teams without authority.
- A bias for AI‑first ways of working. You use AI tools daily and have experience applying AI to accelerate product development and delivery.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and clear written communication.
Nice to have – experience in wealth management, investment platforms or digital banking; Previous experience working on the boundary between a technology provider and a traditional bank or financial institution; Familiarity with CRM and engagement platforms (e.g. Salesforce or similar); Understanding of the Financial Advisor distribution model in Italy; Experience working with major consulting firms in a delivery context; Scaleup or startup background.
