About the roleMoneyfarm is looking to reinforce its growing FP&A team with an FP&A Analyst who will be actively involved in shaping the direction of Finance at Moneyfarm. Reporting to the Head of FP&A and liaising with numerous departments across the business, you will become an integral part of the Finance team owning the month-end reporting and our FP&A models, driving the forecast cycle, and delivering the financial insight that underpins company-wide decision-making. Deliver deep-dive analyses on business performance, identifying and interpreting key trends, risks and opportunities to provide actionable recommendations.
Develop, maintain and enhance complex financial models to support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis and strategic decision-making.
Act as a strategic finance partner to commercial teams, providing data-driven insights to support new initiatives and drive profitable growth.
Proactively identify and lead initiatives to improve processes, automate tasks and implement new systems to scale the Finance function effectively.
Support capital planning and contribute to the monitoring, analysis and reporting of the firm's regulatory capital position, partnering with Finance and Risk teams. RequirementsEssentialA Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.1 -2 years of experience in FP&A or Finance Controlling.
Strong financial and analytical modelling skills, with a proven ability to build complex models.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English.
Confidence and experience presenting complex financial analyses to senior management.
DesirablePrevious experience within a "Big 4" accounting firm.
