Moneyfarm is seeking a hands-on CRM Marketing Specialist to design, execute and optimise multi-channel customer communications for the Pension vertical in the UK and Italy. You will own end-to-end automations and lead CRM projects with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Content and Investment Advisory.

You’ll work in a highly data-driven environment using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL and segmentation to drive conversion, retention and customer lifetime value, while ensuring GDPR.
