In 2024, we supported £79bn+ of international payments, reaching 190 countries in 130 currencies. Moneycorp is a place where energy, commitment to our shared success, and collaboration are core to our values.
As a Partnership Manager at Moneycorp, you’ll be the architect of growth across our partner ecosystem: identifying the right partners, crafting compelling joint value propositions, and orchestrating co-sell and co-market plays that turn relationships into scalable revenue. This is a consultative, insight driven role where you’ll own the full partner lifecycle from origination and onboarding through enablement, joint go-to-market, pipeline generation, and measurable impact on new client acquisition.
Working with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Compliance, you’ll engage senior stakeholders across our partners’ organisations to shape solutions that combine international payments, FX, and risk management, positioning Moneycorp as the trusted partner for businesses and individuals navigating global markets.
We’re hiring for three areas, each focused on a strategic solution:
- Payment Solutions: build and scale partnerships with ISVs, PSPs, SaaS platforms, and marketplaces to embed Moneycorp’s capabilities, drive seamless payment experiences, and unlock new revenue through integrated propositions and co‑marketing programs.
- Corporate FX & Risk Management: develop and deepen relationships with treasury advisors, corporate finance boutiques, accountants, and other channel partners to deliver tailored FX risk strategies and cross‑border payment solutions for mid‑market and strategic corporates.
- Private Clients: partner with wealth managers, family offices, relocation/property networks, and other trusted providers, helping HNW and UHNW clients manage currency exposure and international transactions with confidence and speed.
Success in these roles means combining market expertise with commercial creativity by running joint account plans, enabling partner sales teams, turning data driven insights into action, and consistently delivering partner sourced and partner influenced revenue, all while upholding Moneycorp’s standards on KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Expand Partnerships: Prospect, qualify, negotiate, close and manage new partners. Unlock revenue growth by aligning our FX and payment solutions with the strategic needs of partnership clients.
- Deliver FX and Payments Expertise: Be a respected subject matter expert for our Payments, FX and risk management solutions; discuss product strategy and roadmaps in the context of market trends. Provide tailored FX risk management and international payment solutions to support partner relationships. Act as a trusted advisor, educating partner’s clients on best practices for managing currency risks and improving cash flow efficiency. Monitor market trends to deliver proactive, data-driven insights that add value to partners' propositions and their customers.
- Strengthen Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving challenges and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust. Build long-term, collaborative relationships to enhance client retention and loyalty. Keep clients informed about new Moneycorp products, services, and market opportunities. Manage internal stakeholders and enable direct sales team to position partner offerings to drive revenue.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Serve as a thought leader for your partners and their customers, staying up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Act as the liaison between Moneycorp’s direct sales teams and the partner ecosystem to drive co-selling, joint account planning, and partner influence. Share partner feedback with leadership to shape the future of Moneycorp’s FX and payments products and services. Support internal initiatives to enhance our partner proposition.
- Drive Performance and Compliance: Meet annual sales goals through growing existing partnerships and partner acquisition where appropriate. Set and achieve ambitious revenue, growth, and client satisfaction targets. Maintain consistent and accurate data in our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Ensure all partner activities comply with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements, addressing potential risks proactively.
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge and Experience: Experience in B2B and B2C partner relationship management, ideally within FX, international payments, SaaS, or high growth fintech environments with complex product offerings and/or long sales cycles. An understanding of FX risk management, international payments, and integrated payments solutions within one of our core segments would be highly advantageous:
- Payment Solutions
- Corporate
- Private Clients
Skills: Prior senior sales experience, selling new solutions in a consultative / solution-oriented selling environment generating significant revenue growth. 3+ years Partnership or Commercial experience managing introducer relationships or direct customer acquisition in value-based selling environments. Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise-wide business information solutions. Ability to understand partners and customer business models, their industry, competitors and end customer challenges. Proven track record of maintaining and strengthening relationships with sophisticated clients with complex solution requirements. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets over an extended period of time. Highly articulate with excellent influencing and business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite skills. Willing to travel for the interest of business. Exceptional relationship management skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to deliver actionable insights. Outstanding organisational skills to manage ambitious commercial targets, priorities and to meet deadlines.
Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position with an opportunity to work hybrid within our London office.
What you get in return: This role offers a competitive salary, a structured commission plan, plus a benefits package including private medical health insurance.
