As the Content Lead, you will strategise, create, and publish content in line with the overall marketing strategy within Moneycorp. This role is responsible for the origination, execution and amplification of high-quality content that improves brand consideration, helps establish Moneycorp as a thought leader, and drives quality traffic to the website to generate leads and commercial impact. You will ensure current content across all channels is continuously optimised and performing against objectives. The role will also require design input, ensuring all published content is impactful, engaging, creative channel-optimised, and ultimately adheres to Moneycorp’s brand guidelines and business strategy.

The successful candidate must have an excellent knowledge of copywriting and SEO concepts, experience using CMS platforms and a basic knowledge of design products. Role Responsibilities
  • Own the content strategy across sales enablement, marketing collateral and online content to ensure consistency with tone of voice, regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Work in collaboration with sales teams to develop content to target specific industries with relevant articles, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams, and marketing agencies to identify opportunities that support new client acquisition and retention.
  • Develop content frameworks that support the customer journey, from awareness to conversion and retention.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality, compliant thought leadership and product content.
  • Manage content calendars, production workflows, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing assets.
  • Work in collaboration with all referring partners to devise and execute content marketing plans that contribute to lead generation and brand advocacy.
  • Ensure all content on Moneycorp’s website aligns to the commercial proposition and adheres to SEO best practice.
  • Work with designer and wider teams to produce brochures, webinars, podcasts, videos, and other multimedia.
Website Content & Website Redevelopment
  • Lead the content workstream for the website redevelopment, including auditing and transitioning existing content, rewriting and optimising content for new templates, and creating new content where needed.
  • Ensure all website content is clear, compliant, customer‑centric, and aligned with brand, regulatory, and commercial objectives.
  • Use SEMrush and other analytics tools to identify opportunities to improve SEO performance across the site, including keyword optimisation, content structure improvements, and new content development.
  • Apply SEO best practice across all web content to improve ranking, visibility, and conversion.
  • Partner with business unit owners to develop and refine content that supports customer acquisition, conversion, and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the brand designer to refine layouts, UX copy, and content design for improved clarity, usability, and commercial impact.
  • Work with RevOps to implement technical changes that enhance website UX/UI and support better content performance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted industry and vertical landing pages that improve conversion to sign‑ups and meetings.
Market Commentary
  • Support the Head of Economics and Market Strategy in producing daily market commentary emails, ensuring content is clear, timely, accurate, and aligned with the firm’s market view and customer needs.
  • Plan, script, and deliver monthly (and ad hoc) webinars to support ongoing BAU content needs, strengthen customer engagement, and drive perceived domain expertise to prospects.
  • Develop additional content and assets that repurpose and extend the value of market commentary—including articles, social posts, infographics, email snippets, and website content—to maximise reach and impact across owned channels, outbound activity, and customer engagement journeys.
Design And Creative Functions
  • Perform design tweaks to update existing offline and online collateral (brochures, banners, slide decks, videos, digital ads, web pages).
  • Create layouts and edit graphics for Moneycorp’s website and social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Ensure branding is consistent across all channels.
  • Support designer and wider marketing & sales teams.
  • Manage design revisions and approval of artwork and information accuracy.
  • Work closely with Sales and other departments to identify opportunities that support overall business strategy.
What We’re Looking For
  • B.A. in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or other related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing-related fields.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Proficiency writing short and long‑form content.
  • Familiarity with SEO, web CMS platforms, and content performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with Account Based Marketing and writing copy that generates quality leads.
  • Understanding of performance marketing, campaign attribution, and funnel optimisation.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Excel for performance tracking.
  • Understanding of managing social media channels and content optimisation strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to create tactical plans based on set marketing strategies - and to provide examples of internal and external insights.
