Overview
In this role you will grow and support Moneycorp’s payment solutions in the UK and across FX and payments for enterprise clients.
You will act as a thought leader and trusted advisor, bridging Sales, Product Delivery and Compliance to tailor solutions.
You’ll engage with cross-functional teams to scope B2B API development, document requirements, and support client enablement.
The role combines solution design, client-facing delivery, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Payment Solutions Team, Clients, and Product stakeholders across the sales cycle to craft winning solutions
- Maintain and apply company solution standards to define client-winning offerings
- Engage with CTOs, COOs, product owners, BAs, designers, developers and solution architects to align on client needs
- Scope B2B API development and document business processes and software requirements with cross-unit and third-party stakeholders
- Capture and communicate project scope, benefits, risks, and dependencies; identify change impact and manage risks
- Assist in creating test plans and organize release notes; lead showcases with stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations, product demos, and proofs of concept
- Provide front-line support for client integration to Moneycorp solutions and design automated solutions using rapid development frameworks
- Oversee processing and delivery of mass payment files for large clients
- Draft and review business requirements ensuring alignment with regulations and approvals
- Ensure sign-off and change control processes are followed for project scope
- Produce meeting notes and define next actions
- Key requirements
- Proven experience with API-driven products, integrations, or platforms
- Knowledge of payments rails and platforms (SWIFT, FPS, SEPA, ACH, RTGS, etc.)
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs, Alteryx, Python and Perl
- Experience with data formats/schemas (SWIFT MT formats like MT940/MT942/MT103)
- Experience with data analytics tools (MS SQL, Tableau)
- FCA regulatory exposure and ability to work with Restful APIs
- Experience with Postman and JIRA; good documentation practices
- Understanding of product development lifecycles and agile delivery
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and present to stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
