Moneybox is expanding its Compliance function with a senior, independent role responsible for SMF16 and SMF17 oversight within MBSCL. The role reports to the MBSCL Board and partners with the risk and compliance teams to ensure robust financial crime controls while maintaining independence from DML.
You will lead regulatory oversight, advise on COBS 9A, Consumer Duty, and the FCA authorisation process, while managing internal and external partners in a fast-moving pre- and post-authorisation
