Moneybox is seeking a Support Team Leader to manage a small group of executives, guiding daily tasks, wellbeing and performance against targets.

You will coach the team, run 1-1s and reviews, and coordinate with other teams to ensure high-quality customer interactions.

You will also step in as Duty Coordinator, distribute work fairly across the team, and stay aligned with company roadmaps while driving improvements to processes and customer outcomes.
