What you'll learn to do:

- Learning about supporting the implementation of the rules and regulations that are applicable to us and the products we offer customers (including HMRC and FCA regulation).
- Supporting reporting requirements for the various regulations with which Moneybox must comply including preparing regular updates to our procedural documentation.
- Working towards your Level 3 Investment Operations Certificate with CISI.
- Further developing invaluable soft skills around communication, teamwork, time management and prioritisation.
Who you are:
- A dedicated team player who wants to meaningfully contribute.
- Adaptable and flexible, for those times when things do not go to plan.
- Mature and professional.
- A highly detail-oriented individual with a diligent and methodical approach to operations.
- Interested in providing an excellent operations service and demonstrating initiative in developing it to be the best it can be.
- A naturally personable, great communicator who has a passion for their work and the people they work with.
Experience and skills:
- Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Highly numerate with good Excel skills.
- Great communication and listening skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
