Moneybox is looking for a hands-on operations professional to strengthen relationships with pension providers and map end-to-end transfers. You will identify bottlenecks, standardise submission processes, and explore flexibilities with providers to accelerate customer transfers.
You will also work with live cases and help steer a small team, ensuring all developed playbooks can be scaled by the pensions group, while grounding decisions in real-world experience.
