What You'll Do
- Build working relationships with our key providers - the right contacts, the right cadence, the right escalation route when something needs to move faster.
- Map how transfers actually flow between us and each provider, end to end, and find where they get stuck.
- Standardise how we submit information to providers, so cases move faster and with less back-and-forth.
- Explore where providers are willing to flex their own requirements to make transfers smoother for customers.
- Spend some early time working live cases yourself, and lightly steer a small team doing the same, so everything you build is grounded in the real work.
- Create playbooks of processes that will be operated by the larger Pensions team in a scalable way.
Experience And Skills
- A track record of building relationships and processes from scratch, with minimal hand-holding.
- Comfort holding both external relationships and a small internal team at once.
- A data-literate, practical mindset
- Financial services or operations background helpful, pensions experience or understanding a plus.
