To support our continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious, driven and results-oriented Talent Partner to join our Talent team and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to attract exceptional talent, streamline processes to promote best practices, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

As a Talent Partner specialising in Technology roles, you will leverage your deep understanding of the tech industry to attract and engage top tier talent. You will have a keen eye for identifying emerging trends and technologies, enabling you to source candidates who possess the right blend of technical expertise for our teams, e.g. Mobile technologies (iOS & Android), .NET tech stack and the Azure platform. In addition to Technology roles, you will also have the opportunity to recruit for other functions within the business such as Data Insights, Compliance, Finance and Marketing, adapting your sourcing strategies and interview techniques.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end talent life cycle from the initial job briefing through to onboarding within agreed time to hire targets.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods to attract high calibre talent within technology and other functions, while building networks for current and future vacancies.
  • Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, proactively managing their expectations, providing advice on market trends and best practice guidance.
  • Lead and support on a range of Talent Acquisition projects that help to improve hiring processes, recruitment metrics and promote best practice.
  • Actively explore new DE&I initiatives that promote and advance inclusive hiring.
  • Identify opportunities to further improve our employer brand and our reputation as an employer of choice.

Experience and Skills

  • 3-4 years recruiting within an ‘in-house’ talent team environment, partnering with hiring managers to successfully build their teams.
  • Proven background and expertise with technology hiring expertise, ideally mobile (iOS, Android) and .NET, C#.
  • Direct sourcing using a variety of methods including engaging passive talent as standard practice.
  • Significant experience working on talent related projects that add value and improve processes, e.g. automations, candidate journey and experience reviews.
  • Strong data analysis experience to monitor and track funnel metrics to identify pipeline bottlenecks and make improvements.
  • A natural collaborator, with a ‘team first’ mindset, able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices as well as approaches to diversity and inclusion.
  • Coordination, planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
