The predicted salary is between 500 - 1500 ÂŁ per month.

Contract Date: 16th February – 30th April. We are currently growing at a rapid pace with more and more people using Moneybox. To support this exciting growth, we are looking for someone to join our Support team on a fixed‐term contract to help support one of our busiest periods (the end of tax year). Ensuring that Moneybox continues to be known for taking pride in supporting and delighting both existing and potential customers. We want to go above and beyond wherever we can and ensure that using the service is a great experience.

While this is initially a fixed‐term contract, we are always on the lookout for exceptional talent to join us long‐term; outstanding performance during these three months could open the door to permanent opportunities as we continue to scale.

What you’ll do:

  • Interact with current and potential customers through emails and chats to address any queries they have.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Compliance team to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Find ways to go 'above and beyond' to make customers happy.
  • Raise awareness of our mortgage advice service to help customers on their home‐buying journey and raise awareness of our financial coaching service.

This role is fully remote, working from home.
