As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a critical part in shaping our growth trajectory over the coming years. Reporting into the Head of Paid Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the strategy for our performance marketing function, managing a significant multi-million pound budget, and leading on channel innovation.
You will ensure we are running best-in-class campaigns across Paid Social, Google, Affiliates and more, constantly evolving our strategy to ensure we aren’t just maintaining performance, but actively accelerating it through new channels and opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Take full strategic ownership of our performance channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Affiliates and more), dynamically shifting investment to where it drives the most value.
- Identify untapped growth opportunities within our current channel mix, planning and implementing structured trials to assess impact and scalability, keeping us at the cutting edge of the industry.
- Work closely with our brand, creative and content teams to drive the production of creative winners, build higher converting customer journeys and explore new formats.
- Drive a commercially-minded approach, looking beyond initial CAC to assess LTV and customer quality to ensure sustainable growth.
- Hold expert-level knowledge across our product categories and competitors to strategically gain a competitive advantage.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and how this influences our marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with the product roadmap and overall commercial priorities.
- Line manage and mentor our Senior Paid Marketing Exec, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Leverage insights and tools (including AI) to improve team efficiency and free up time for strategic thinking.

Experience and Skills
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience (within a start up / consumer tech / growth-stage business preferred).
- Proven track record of building effective marketing strategies and delivering results across a range of channels (Paid Social, Search, Affiliates etc).
- Expert domain knowledge with experience of driving growth into B2C products / services.
- Data-driven and highly numerate.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the tenacity to drive projects to completion.
- Experience line managing and developing more junior team members.
