This newly created role is a strategic partner responsible for building organisational capability, strengthening leadership excellence, and embedding a high-performance, high-accountability culture. You will design and deliver scalable learning, leadership, and change initiatives that accelerate business outcomes, support organisational transformation, and develop a strong internal talent pipeline.

What you'll do

  • Own the organisation-wide L&D strategy, ensuring it drives performance and cultural alignment.
  • Partner with senior leaders and the People Team to assess current capability, define future needs, and deliver targeted, scalable interventions.
  • Refine our company-wide progression frameworks and structures to ensure clear pathways for growth and a pipeline of talent for the future.
  • Strengthen internal succession pipelines by enabling readiness of future leaders and reducing critical gaps.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap of culture and engagement initiatives—including designing, developing, and facilitating leadership & team offsites and company-wide events—to reinforce core company values and drive business performance through increased employee engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders within Moneybox on performance, team effectiveness, and talent development.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of all existing L&D, leadership, and onboarding programmes, assessing effectiveness, adoption, and business impact.
  • Own the organisation-wide L&D budget, ensuring effective investment and measurable ROI.

  • A compelling communicator who builds trust, provides clarity, and sets an organisational standard for effective internal communications.

Experience and Skills

  • 7+ years experience working in a fast paced, high growth tech organisation in an OD, L&D, or Enablement role.
  • Experience designing and implementing OD/L&D/Enablement strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Experience building business cases and measuring the effectiveness of programmes and initiatives on the business.
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering engaging and impactful training.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and implementing complex, human‐centered organisational change initiatives.
  • Exceptional influencing and consultation skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with leaders of all levels to deliver measurable results.
  • Trained and qualified Coach, having received a Postgraduate Diploma or higher in coaching.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, or a related field is highly desirable.

Working Policy

We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
