- Drive constant improvements in how Moneybox delivers regulatory compliance, through how the Compliance team works, how we interact with other teams, and support those teams in their consideration, measurement and monitoring of compliance and customer outcomes.
- Manage senior Compliance experts, including those that manage more junior members of the team.
- Provide advice, challenge and input to key decisions which require regulatory input.
- Manage relationships across almost all teams in the business.

- Apt at balancing, prioritising and overseeing the responsibilities of the Compliance team to support the business, including advisory, monitoring and regulatory change activities focused on people: able to effectively manage and develop a team; able to empathise with our customers and how actions or incidents will affect them.
- Your communication style should be calm and clear, with the ability to cut through complexity to explain and focus on the key elements of problems.
