What you'll do

  • Reporting into the VP Marketing, you will lead the Brand and Creative engine to deliver top quality creative assets and campaigns across the business, which drive high levels of brand engagement alongside meaningful commercial benefits.
  • Own the brand – manage (and, where appropriate, evolve) our brand guidelines and assets, ensuring they are understood, implemented and optimised across our on‐platform (web and app) and off‐platform assets. Measure the effectiveness of our brand activities and recommend change where required.
  • Lead, manage and develop a high‐performing team across Brand Design, Motion Design, Creative Strategy and Production.
  • Develop our tooling and capabilities to increase our output at scale, giving us capacity to optimise at high volumes across multiple channels and learn fast.
  • Lead on the development of our brand propositions, including the strategic approach to our upcoming product launch rollout – this is strategically important to maximise awareness, engagement and impact for our customers and clarity/direction for internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the x‐channel campaign strategy and delivery, ensuring consistency in creative execution and customer experience.
  • Partner closely with our Paid Marketing team, building and optimising a feedback loop that ensures continuous learning through data‐driven engagement.
  • Lead brand research and tracking to ensure outcomes and key results are being established, measured and optimised. Ensure research and insights are translated into a clear brand and campaign strategy that ensures our brand remains front of mind with target audiences.

What we're looking for

  • Full creative stack development and delivery experience – making sure we have the right tools and assets to cut through in each delivery channel.
  • An inquisitive and can‐do attitude.
  • Experience of working in a regulatory environment and the controls that need to be in place.
  • 7 years experience in brand and creative leadership roles.
  • The ability to lead and develop a high‐performing team.
  • Quick starter – you can jump into this role and be fast to spot step‐change improvements to ways of working and processes.
  • Outgoing and confident outlook with a willingness to start conversations with people and get stuck in.
  • A great communicator who has a passion for their work and the people they work with.
