Your work will be diverse: one day be pitching ideas for a performance ad, the next you’re crafting illustrations for a new app feature. - Create engaging, informative illustrations and graphics that simplify complex financial concepts, strictly adhering to—and occasionally pushing—the Moneybox brand guidelines.
- Own the whole creative process for your tasks and projects, from the initial "big idea" and mood-boarding through to final pixel-perfect delivery.
- Partner with Motion Designers, Copywriters, and Performance and Content Marketers to turn business objectives and briefs into thumb-stopping creative.
- Play a key role in our monthly pitch sessions, pitching engaging, insight-driven concepts and storyboards for our advertising pipeline.
- Support on big, above the line campaigns, from concept through to delivery.
- Act as a brand guardian, protecting our visual standards, ensuring every asset produced across the business is cohesive, premium, and aligned with our mission.
- Stay ahead of the curve on design tech, AI tools, and social trends to keep Moneybox at the forefront of the fintech space.

- You are a collaborative team player who is able to take feedback on board.
- You are outgoing with a confident outlook and a willingness to start conversations with people and get stuck in.
- You are naturally personable, a great communicator who has a passion for their work and the people they work with.
Experience and skills:
- Excellent design skills with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience and a portfolio of relevant work across digital and print.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop and Figma.
- Experience working with motion designers - After Effects skills would be a plus.

- A genuine love of all things ‘brand’.
