What you will do

  • Act as the primary administrator for our procurement tool, ensuring it is optimised and used effectively.
  • Own the accuracy of all procurement data, ensuring our records are clean, up‑to‑date, and reliable.
  • Utilise advanced Excel skills to produce procurement metrics and monthly reports that provide insight into company spend.
  • Interact regularly with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to reconcile data and ensure the absolute accuracy of spend reporting.
  • Work closely with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting related to procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with Legal, DPO, InfoSec, and Risk teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risks in all procurement activities.
  • Train and educate internal teams on procurement policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end due diligence process for all suppliers, ensuring we meet our high standards for risk and compliance.
  • Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new vendors and help manage the renewal process for existing ones.
  • Act as a helpful point of contact for internal teams, assisting them with their procurement requests and tool usage.
  • Strategic Learning
    • Learn how to run competitive tenders by supporting the Procurement Manager on Request for Proposals (RFPs).
    • Learn how to identify key terms and potential risks in supplier contracts under guidance.

    Experience and skills

    • You must be highly proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex data manipulation).
    • You have a keen eye for spotting data errors and a drive to fix them.
    • You have a strong curiosity to learn from others and are comfortable asking questions to ensure tasks are done right.
