Overview
The Investment Operations team consists of two functional areas: Investment Operations; and Change.
Investment Operations team
This team is responsible for administering Moneybox’s cash and investment products, performing all the required regulatory processes for customer deposits, trades, withdrawals and transfers on a daily basis. The team pride itself on using effective controls and innovative automation within our in-house investment platform to ensure the best possible service for our customers.
Change team
The Change team is responsible for providing project management, business analysis, and business change support to deliver improvements to our business systems. The team works with operational and technical teams across Moneybox in support of meeting regulations, automating processes, and offering a great customer experience.
