We are looking for a Junior People Analyst to join our People Operations team to support reporting, analytics and help advance our People data landscape. This role plays a key part in ensuring we have accurate people data and meaningful insights to support decision‑making and continuous improvement across People processes and employee experience. This role is well‑suited to someone early in their analytics or people career with strong data handling capability, who is looking to apply and further develop those skills in a fast‑growing business environment.
What You’ll Do
- People Data & Reporting
- Produce regular and ad‑hoc reporting across headcount, hiring, attrition, learning and performance metrics.
- Support creation and maintenance of automated People dashboards for leadership and People Partners.
- Deliver reporting to support People and Talent initiatives and annual people cycles.
- Support reporting on organisational structure, headcount movement and workforce trends.
- Analytics & Insight
- Analyse people data to identify trends and insights to support business decision‑making.
- Support analysis for workforce planning, hiring trends and retention.
- Support analysis of employee engagement survey data and generation of insight to inform action planning.
- Reward Analytics
- Support reporting and analysis for salary and incentive review processes.
- Produce compensation reporting, including pay positioning and salary benchmarking analysis.
- Support incentive reporting and outcome analysis.
- Assist with reward data modelling and preparation of reward insights for leadership decision‑making.
- Data Quality & Systems
- Ensure people data across HR systems remains accurate and reporting‑ready.
- Support data validation and improvements to data structure and reporting outputs.
- Help improve reporting processes and data accessibility across People systems.
- People & Talent Cycle Support
- Support data preparation for performance and calibration cycles.
- Support hiring and talent reporting needs, including recruitment and internal mobility metrics.
Experience And Skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capability
- Experience working with people or operational data
- Familiarity with HR tech stack or reporting systems
- Understanding of system integrations and data flows between platforms
- Ability to analyse data, identify trends and produce clear, actionable insight.
- Ability to translate data into clear reporting and dashboards for stakeholders.
- SQL or similar analytical tooling experience beneficial but not required

Working Policy
We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
