We are continuing to grow at pace with more and more people using Moneybox. To support this growth we are looking for an experienced Talent Partner to help us continue to attract and hire the best and brightest whilst ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone.
This pivotal role will focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle across a variety of roles within the Moneybox team, actively contributing to the growth of the business, helping to streamline recruitment processes and promoting Moneybox as the employer of choice. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in our London office and will be a fixed-term contract. We are looking for someone who is immediately available.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial job brief to onboarding.
- You’ll be responsible for hiring across multiple functions, from Customer Support and Finance to Technology and beyond.
- Use direct methods to attract and source top talent across a variety of functions and roles.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages and act as the single point of contact for candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, proactively manage expectations and provide ongoing support and advice with their hiring needs, establishing yourself as a trustworthy go-to person for hiring.
- Develop talent pools of diverse, high-caliber candidates, building relationships and brand awareness for future roles to ensure we continue to have quality pipelines for all of our roles.

Experience and Skills
- 4 years proven experience of recruiting either in-house or in an agency environment (ideally across one or more of these areas - Technology, Product Management, Data Insights, Compliance, Operations, Support).
- Knowledge of recruitment best practice including approaches to diversity and inclusion.
- Experience of direct sourcing using a variety of methods including engaging passive talent.
- Experience of partnering with hiring managers to provide ongoing support and advice with their hiring needs.
- Extensive experience interviewing with the ability of knowing how to ask the right questions.
- Excellent coordination, planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Able to work proactively and collaboratively within a team as well as on your own with minimal supervision.
- Relationship building and influencing skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel/Sheets) to utilise formulas, functions.
