We are continuing to grow at pace with more and more people using Moneybox. To support this growth, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to help us continue to attract and hire the best and brightest whilst ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone.
This pivotal role will focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles within the Moneybox team, actively contributing to business growth, streamlining recruitment processes, and promoting Moneybox as the employer of choice.

What You'll Do
Reporting to our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll work within our Talent Acquisition Team to engage and hire outstanding talent across various functions at Moneybox. Responsibilities will include:
- Talent/Recruitment: Focus primarily on partnering with hiring managers within a busy Customer Support and Operations team to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial job brief through to onboarding. You will also assist with hiring needs across all other functions, including Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and Tech, using direct methods to attract and source top talent for a variety of roles.
- Conduct initial interviews, coordinate subsequent interview stages, and serve as the single point of contact for candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, proactively managing expectations, providing ongoing support and advice on their hiring needs - establishing yourself as a trustworthy go-to person for hiring.
- Develop talent pools of diverse, high-calibre candidates, building relationships and brand awareness for future roles to ensure we continue to have quality pipelines for all of our roles.
- Support and lead on a range of Talent team projects to help make improvements to the hiring process, such as market benchmarking and mapping exercises and pipeline optimisation.
Employer Branding
- Lead on Employer Branding initiatives and manage a range of channels, including our careers page, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and social media to identify opportunities and creative ways to improve our employer brand and reputation as an employer of choice.
- Work with Talent and Marketing teams to create impactful ideas and campaigns that bring our employer brand to life through content creation, e.g. blog articles, social media posts and participation in industry awards and events.
Experience and Skills
- 2-3 years of recent and proven experience of 'In-house' Talent Partnering. This role could be ideal for someone early in their talent partnering career who is seeking learning and development and is keen to take on a fresh challenge.
- Experience hiring across one or more of these areas would be beneficial: Customer Support, Finance, Technology, Data, or similar.
- Experience in relationship building and partnering effectively with hiring managers to provide ongoing support and advice for their hiring needs.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including approaches to diversity and inclusion.
- Ability to utilise a variety of direct sourcing methods to engage with passive talent.
- Proven experience in using data to inform, provide solutions and improvements to hiring activities.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets), including formulas, functions.
