We are looking for a senior, experienced compliance professional to run Compliance at Moneybox. You will report to the VP Risk and be able to empathise with our customers and how actions or incidents will affect them.
Your communication style should be calm and clear, with the ability to cut through complexity to explain and focus on the key elements of problems.
Organised, diligent and pragmatic with a strong bias for action.
Has a questioning mind, and can work collaboratively to solve problems pragmatically.
Able to adapt quickly and manage conflicting priorities.

Experience and Skills
- Experience in leading, managing and developing compliance teams; minimum 10 years in financial services compliance.
- Extensive knowledge of UK regulatory requirements relevant to Moneybox; able to work with, support and hold to account experts across the Compliance team.
- Experience working directly with a broad range of teams, and particularly with product development teams.
- Great communication and listening skills.
- Fluency in English.
