Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of stakeholder engagement activities by supporting the implementation of engagement plans and coordinating communications across teams.
- Contribute to stakeholder mapping efforts and help maintain relationships that advance the Money and Pensions priorities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure consistent and high‑quality external communications.
- Assist in the creation of stakeholder messaging which aligns with our organisational objectives.
- Provide communications support for specific programmes aligned with the Corporate Strategy, and UK Strategy for Financial Wellbeing.
- Support the planning and delivery of stakeholder events, including logistics and communications coordination.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in developing and delivering successful corporate engagement plans.
- Experience in understanding corporate narrative and messaging and adapting them for external communications.
- Expertise in supporting multiple projects or programmes through delivering integrated communication across a range of channels.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation and tailoring messages.
- Experience assisting with events, campaigns, or communications projects, including coordination and logistics.
- Good understanding of stakeholder engagement principles and a willingness to develop expertise in this area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and building relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to tasks, and ability to support projects across teams.
