Essential:
- Significant experience leading employee experience, leadership and/or organisational development work, with a track record of embedding approaches into business-as-usual systems rather than just creating frameworks.
- Strong people leadership and line management experience, with the ability to raise standards through clarity, coaching and prioritisation.
- Credibility with senior leaders and the ability to influence and challenge constructively to improve leadership practice and colleague experience.
- Experience managing external partners or suppliers against clear outcomes, pace and value for money while building internal capability.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to connect leadership expectations, performance, learning, inclusion and employee experience into one coherent offer.
