We are seeking an experienced Level 4‑qualified Financial Adviser (DipPFS or equivalent) who is ready to progress toward Chartered status and build a long‑term career within a supportive, client‑focused environment.
About the Role
This is a rare succession opportunity to inherit and develop an established portfolio of long‑standing clients aged 55+, supported by full in‑house paraplanning, admin and compliance teams.

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Level 4 qualified (DipPFS or equivalent)

Desirable:
- Experience with public sector pension schemes
- Familiarity with cash‑flow modelling tools
- Interest in client education (written, video, workshop resources)
