MoneyExpert is operated by ME Expert Limited, a fully regulated company with offices in Godalming (Surrey) and Chester (Cheshire). Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will work alongside and provide support for a marketing team of two who run mostly digital marketing campaigns to generate traffic and leads to MoneyExpert’s transactional website.
You will join in and fully support in the objectives of the Marketing Team to generate new and repeat customers and purchase transactions primarily via the website channel. The role provides an effective way to refine your project management skills while interfacing with different departments.
What will your role look like?
- Compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics
- Reviewing, writing and enhancing website promotional and editorial content, as well as campaign content
- Monitoring the PR inbox and social media accounts, creating content, running occasional paid for social media campaigns and analysing results
- Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns to increase effectiveness
- Writing marketing collateral, customer communications and using our CMS to update website text
- Assisting with promotional PR activities such as helping to develop case studies
- Liaising with customers/external agencies
- Conducting competitor analysis and other market research
- Supporting with web pages and conversion journeys development
- Supporting our email marketing strategy, scheduling emails, producing email templates, writing consumer communications and analysing results.
