Role Overview
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will work alongside and provide support for a marketing team of two who run mostly digital marketing campaigns to generate traffic and leads to MoneyExpert’s transactional website. You will fully support the objectives of the Marketing Team to generate new and repeat customers and purchase transactions primarily via the website channel.
Responsibilities
- Compile and distribute information such as website and social media analytics.
- Review, write and enhance website promotional and editorial content, as well as campaign content.
- Monitor the PR inbox and social media accounts, create content, run occasional paid social media campaigns and analyse results.
- Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns to increase effectiveness.
- Write marketing collateral, customer communications and use our CMS to update website text.
- Assist with promotional PR activities such as developing case studies.
- Liaise with customers and external agencies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and other market research.
- Support development of web pages and conversion journeys.
- Support our email marketing strategy, schedule emails, produce email templates, write consumer communications and analyse results.

- Extremely numerate and analytical.
- Good communicator, at ease engaging with stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong eye for detail and strong copywriting skills.
- Can‑do attitude and hunger to learn.
- An inquisitive mind, initiative, energy and drive to make things happen.
