We re looking for a talented Dialler Specialist to join our team and help drive the performance of our outbound contact centre.
Reporting to the Dialler Manager, you ll play a key role in optimising dialler performance, improving campaign effectiveness, and supporting sales teams through data-led insight.
You ll work closely with Team Managers, Operations Managers, and Contact Centre Managers to ensure our outbound activity is efficient, targeted, and commercially successful.
