Money Expert is an independent comparison business looking for a Dialler Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Dialler Manager, you'll optimise dialler performance across our contact centre, working closely with Team Managers, Operations Managers, and Contact Centre Managers.

The Role
You'll manage dialler configurations, analyse performance data, ensure compliance, and support outbound sales campaigns to maximise productivity, contact rates, and conversions. We're looking for someone proactive, analytical, and focused on improving processes, automation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise dialler performance to maximise productivity and achieve compliance targets
- Build and maintain dialler campaigns accurately and efficiently
- Monitor KPIs including contact rate, conversion rate, abandon rate, and agent occupancy
- Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Maintain dialler system stability and minimise downtime
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Work closely with operations to align dialler strategy with campaign objectives
Skills & Experience
- Experience managing dialler settings, pacing, retry logic, AMD, and call outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
- Understanding of contact centre KPIs and dialler compliance requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions
