What we're looking for
- B2B Financial Landscape Expertise: 5+ years of digital commercial account management, partnership, or channel experience—specifically operating within UK SME financial services (e.g., commercial lending, asset finance, business banking, or card acquiring).
- Marketplace or Aggregator Experience: A strong background working within a digital marketplace, price comparison website (PCW), affiliate network, or a high-growth B2B fintech platform.
- Commercial Drive: A proven track record of growing a multi-million-pound B2B partner portfolio and managing high-stakes contract renewals.
- Regulatory Rigour: Understanding of FCA compliance, treating customers fairly (TCF), and how Consumer Duty applies to commercial business customers.
- Analytical Capability: Comfortable drilling down into conversion rates, margin analyses, and click-through rates (CTR) to build data-driven arguments for partner negotiations.
