At the Money Advice Trust, we help people recover from financial difficulty, and aim to stop it happening in the first place. Were looking for a Senior Media Officer to help us raise awareness of our vital debt advice services by securing high-volume, high-impact consumer facing media coverage, including TV and radio coverage. As Senior Media Officer you will need to be confident in developing and implementing effective media strategies, to help us grow the reach and impact of our services and to campaign for change.Were looking for someone with excellent news and media judgement, who can proactively identify and create media opportunities. Youll also need excellent writing and editing skills and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with journalists. In return, youll make a real difference by ensuring more people get the support they need, and by helping to prevent financial difficulty.
