Job Overview
The Corporate Receptionist is responsible for providing a positive first impression by welcoming visitors and managing front-desk operations. Handles incoming calls, correspondence, meeting room bookings, and administrative support while maintaining a professional office environment. Coordinates with internal teams, manages visitor access procedures, and ensures efficient day-to-day reception and office services in a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the procurement of Client gifts (in accordance with the Anti-Bribery policy)
- Coordinate facilities management, security and access for the London Office
- Coordinate company events alongside the Office and Corporate Service Manager
- Ensuring that all communal business areas (e.g. Reception, Kitchen, Print Areas) are tidy and well maintained
- Effective maintenance of office supplies (e.g.: Office Equipment, Stationary, Kitchen Supplies: Tea, Coffee & Milk etc.)
- General administration & project work as assigned (e.g.: Security passes, terminating building access for leavers, business cards, meeting agendas & taking minutes, photocopying, paper & online filing, invoices, office moves etc.)
- Overall responsibility for the smooth running of Reception and front of house
- Arrange meetings, booking rooms, equipment and lunches when required
- Ensuring that all meeting rooms & equipment are kept tidy and well maintained
- Answer telephone calls, ascertaining their nature and importance, and resolving a range of customer enquiries
- Management of incoming/outgoing post for the Company alongside the guest logistics team
- Assist the general Business population with travel bookings when required
- Booking of Couriers and Taxis in accordance with Company policies.
Business Knowledge / Technical Skills:
- Significant experience of working in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Systems / Knowledge Skills:
- Intermediate/Advanced - MS Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- HR Systems – Workday
