You will be reporting directly to the Senior Tax Analyst.In the role, you\’ll support the Senior Tax Analyst towards delivering a high performing central tax function, ensuring all corporate and indirect tax matters are maintained, developing indirect tax knowledge to deliver the necessary returns and reporting.**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:**Tax* Supporting the Senior Tax Analyst for all group\’s business taxes (direct and indirect), strategy, and effectiveness.* Supporting the Senior Tax Analyst for maintaining a group wide tax calendar and work with internal staff as well as external tax consultants to ensure all tax related filings and payments are done on time.* Manage the tax provisioning and compliance processes.* Supporting the Senior Tax Analyst for liaising with business managers to address any changes on direct and indirect tax.* Developing good working relationships with internal stakeholders, advisors and tax authorities.* Supporting the Senior Tax Analyst for writing and maintaining procedure documents for all tax returns VAT compliance support and review* Maintaining compliance records, ensuring all tax filings and payments are made by the statutory deadlines* Maintaining and controlling all tax accounts and tax balances of Group companies* Maintaining all tax payments and receipts* Supporting the Senior Tax Analyst for preparing and submitting quarterly VAT returns and perform annual adjustments.* Keep up to date with tax and VAT regulations and assist in resolving any tax related queries.* Supporting the Senior Tax Analyst for with the inter-company transfer pricing recharges including calculations and periodic update to the transfer pricing policy.General* Maintain up to date knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.* Ensuring and maintaining the standard of all documentation for the department’s systems, controls, policies and processes.**Business Knowledge / Technical Skills:*** Finance Degree (with Tax subject) – Minimum 2:1* Partly qualified in ACCA/CTA with a background in tax accounting* Experience of corporate tax is essential* Experience/knowledge of indirect tax is essential* Some demonstrable knowledge of UK financial Regulations etc.;* Awareness of financial regulations, compliance and risk management within assigned country/region;* Some knowledge of the regulatory environment in which an FX firm operates;* Experience working with assigned country/region;*If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you\’ll enjoy your career with us**!* #J-18808-Ljbffr
