Job Overview The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement programs that help Monex differentiate its products and win business globally.

Working closely with Product, IT, Sales, Demand Generation, and Regional Marketing teams, this role transforms market, competitive, and voice-of-customer insights into compelling messaging, pricing and packaging input, go-to-market plans, sales playbooks, training, and content that support product adoption and revenue growth across Monex\'s FX, international payments, institutional trading, and banking partnership solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Product Positioning & Go-to-Market Own go-to-market strategy for new products and market initiatives with Product and Demand Generation, driving speed to launch readiness.

Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions grounded in buyer/customer research (Voice of Customer).

Provide marketing input on pricing and packaging to support win rate and deal size (limited scope; final decisions sit with Product)

  • Sales Enablement Develop and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, solution briefs, case studies, and collateral; track adoption to ensure content gets used.

Partner with Sales leadership to equip revenue teams, gathering feedback to measure enablement quality.

Build and maintain product training content in the LMS.

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and win/loss reviews to sharpen positioning and move win rate.

Monitor competitor products, pricing, and campaigns for differentiation.

Use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, competitive monitoring, and content drafting.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Product, IT, Sales, Demand Generation, and Regional Marketing on integrated campaigns and launches.

Adapt messaging for regional markets while keeping a consistent global narrative.

Use marketing analytics to tie positioning and enablement work to pipeline impact.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

  • 4+ years in product marketing, product strategy, or B2B marketing, preferably in banking, financial services, fintech, or a similar B2B industry; global experience preferred.
  • Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy end-to-end, from launch planning through readiness.
  • Messaging and enablement experience grounded in buyer/customer research (Voice of Customer).
  • Competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and battlecard development experience.
  • Familiarity with pricing and packaging as a marketing lever.
  • Comfort using marketing analytics to tie work to pipeline and win rate.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for content generation, data analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Financial services, fintech, payments, FX, treasury, or banking background preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM/marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar).
  • Strong presentation, writing, and stakeholder management skills; able to translate complex products into clear, customer-focused narrative.
  • Strategic, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across global and regional teams.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field required.
