We’re looking for a Learning Enablement Manager to lead the delivery and daily management of Monex University. This is a delivery-focused role for someone who thrives at the intersection of learning, operations, and cross-functional execution. You’ll take full ownership of the 360Learning platform, coordinating programmes and content across teams and regions, while ensuring learning journeys are practical, engaging, and aligned to our global growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the 360Learning platform: user access, course structures, learning paths, analytics, and platform optimisation.
- Deliver and coordinate learning programmes across onboarding, sales, leadership, and support functions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), internal comms, and country leads to create and publish high-impact content.
- Coordinate communications, learner journeys, and cohort-based training delivery.
- Support adoption and engagement across all Monex offices through structured rollout and local enablement.
- Track learner engagement, programme completion, and feedback to improve learning experience and measure business impact.
- Deliver usage reports and dashboards for leadership teams.
- Travel to Monex offices internationally as needed to support in-person onboarding and training initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with 360Learning (essential).
- Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience delivering L&D or enablement initiatives, ideally in a fast-paced or global environment.
- Ability to manage content delivery, platform operations, and learning communications.
- A delivery-first mindset, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across global teams.
