The Role

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of Affiilate partners.

Acting as the main point of contact, you'll help partners maximise performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure they receive exceptional support.

This is a people-focused role that combines relationship management, problem-solving, commercial awareness and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of partner accounts, providing ongoing support via email, phone, video calls and messaging platforms.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships through regular communication and proactive account management.
  • Review partner performance and identify opportunities to improve results and increase revenue.
  • Think creatively to overcome barriers for growth, working with partners and internal teams to improve campaign appeal, engagement and performance.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and investigate any unusual trends or issues.
  • Support the onboarding of new partners, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Match partners with suitable lead generation opportunities based on their strengths and objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve partner performance.• Prepare regular performance updates and reports for both partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Forecast activity levels and help manage budgets to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities to expand the partner network.
  • Attend meetings with partners, both virtually and in person, to strengthen relationships and explore growth opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes, performance, and customer experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in account management, customer relationship management, business development, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Commercially minded, with the confidence to influence, negotiate and build partner engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities/projects.
  • Comfortable working with data and performance reports.
  • Someone who naturally looks for solutions and opportunities rather than reasons why something cannot be done.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and a desire to help partners succeed.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team.
  • GCSE Maths Grade 6/B or above preferred.
