Collaborate with clients to define success and turn Personalisation and Testing strategies into roadmaps for increasing maturity and value from the Monetate platform. Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge testing and personalisation strategies to drive client success. Lead workshops and ideation sessions to share insights and collaborate with team members on refining testing and personalisation strategies. Ensure quality delivery of strategic engagements, internal processes, and organisational improvements that are backed by data to drive retention and ROI. Continuously focus on increasing client satisfaction, deepening client relationships, and helping clients improve their CX maturity through world class strategies. Analyse data & insights to develop best practices and continued thought leadership to our clients and throughout the organisation. 3-5 years experience in personalisation, digital strategy, conversion rate optimisation and/or MarTech ~ Experience in crafting and executing successful testing and personalisation strategies, with a focus on A/B testing, Conversion Rate Optimisation, ROI modeling, and segmentation. ~ Proven success in improving conversion rates and other typical website metrics by developing and delivering strategic roadmaps. ~ Adept at managing client relations and projects, with the ability to prioritise across multiple projects and clients, guide change management, and influence executive stakeholders. ~ Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to present and deliver program roadmaps and insights to a variety of audiences up to the executive-level. ~ Knowledge of and familiarity with marketing techniques related to optimisation, targeting, segmentation, and testing. ~ Expertise in 1P data collection and activation strategies, including audience segmentation for personalisation experiences. ~ Strong ability to problem solve and understand complex business requirements to drive high impact customer experiences ~ Bonus ~ Experience in a personalisation software company or other relevant Martech company is a plus.
