We’re looking for a reliable and positive Accounts Assistant Cum Admin to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers but also likes keeping things organized in the office. You’ll support our finance work and help ensure daily admin tasks run smoothly, especially during auction activities.
Responsibilities
- Help with invoices, receipts, and payments
- Track incoming and outgoing payments
- Follow up on outstanding customer payments
- Prepare payment vouchers and assist with online banking payments
- Keep accounting documents properly filed and organized
- Assist with month-end closing and simple reports
- Support auditors or external accountants when needed
- Help ensure compliance with Singapore accounting practices (like CPF)
- Track auction sales collections
- Help prepare payment summaries for sellers/vendors
- Reconcile auction results with payments received
- Maintain records of deposits from buyers
- Handle general office paperwork and filing
- Answer phone calls and reply to emails
- Manage documents (hardcopy and digital)
- Order office supplies when needed
- Arrange courier and deliveries if needed
- Assist in preparing reports or documents
- Support simple HR admin (payroll including monthly payslip, leave tracking, claims, etc.)
- Provide basic admin help during auction events
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma /LCCI / AAT / or similar in Accounting or Business
- 1–2 years of accounting or admin experience is a MUST
- Familiar with accounting software
- Comfortable using Excel, Word, and email
- Careful, organized, and good with details
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Malaysian is welcome
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Office Hours: 10am to 6pm
Salary: SGD 2,500
