About Pockit + Monese

Pockit and Monese are the all-in-one money apps that make it easy for people to access and manage the financial tools that put them in control of their money. We provide vital financial services, from e-money accounts through to income advance products to over three million customers across the UK and Europe. In October 2024, Pockit acquired Monese, creating the leading fintech for anyone who is budgeting, saving, or just trying to stay on top of their finances. Both firms are regulated by the FCA.

Following the acquisition of Monese, the business is on a trajectory of growth as the two organisations harmonise and integrate in both the UK and across Europe.

About the role

You'll take end-to-end ownership of how we acquire, activate, retain and monetise customers, with Active RGUs (Revenue Generating Users) and revenue per RGU as your key metrics. You'll report directly to the Head of Product for Growth and Credit, and run your own full-stack squad.
This is a high-ownership role at the commercial heart of the business: the growth loop and the levers that drive revenue per customer are yours to shape.

What you'll own

● Growing and retaining the RGU base: acquisition and activation funnels, engagement and churn/retention across the customer lifecycle.

● Revenue per RGU: pricing and plan strategy, paid-feature adoption, and monetisation.

● The growth roadmap: a clear Now/Next/Later sequence tied to measurable KPI movement, that you own and communicate to stakeholders up to ExCo.

● A rigorous experimentation practice: hypotheses, A/B tests, funnel analysis, and honest reads on what's working.

● Cross-functional delivery: partnering closely with data/BI, engineering, design, marketing and commercial to ship and learn fast.

What we're looking for

● Around 3 to 5 years in product management, ideally in consumer, fintech or high-growth environments.

● A track record of owning growth, lifecycle or monetisation metrics, and moving them.

● Strong data fluency: comfortable in analytics tools, designing experiments and

interrogating funnels yourself rather than waiting on someone else.

● Commercial instinct: you think in unit economics and revenue impact, not just feature output.

● Leverage AI in your day-to-day, using it for discovery, prototyping and operational efficiency.

Nice to have

● Experience in fintech, payments or another regulated environment.

● Exposure to mass-market or underserved customer segments.

● Hands-on pricing or commercial-partnership experience.

● Able to demonstrate AI skills with a side-project

What success looks like (first 6 to 12 months)

● You've taken full ownership of the Growth roadmap and squad.

● Active RGU and revenue-per-RGU metrics are demonstrably moving in the right direction.
