What your role will involve:
- Define the marketing strategy for the launch of Ummah Finance.
- Create, execute and manage performance marketing campaigns aimed at driving growth for the business.
- Develop and manage strategic partner relationships.
- Define and own the CRM strategy.
- Create and maintain growth marketing dashboards to measure the performance of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to gain insight into consumer behavior and ensure continuous improvement of the proposition.
- Build and optimise buyer and seller funnels to drive conversions.
- Execute on referral and influencer marketing.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in a marketing leadership role, either in a startup or consumer-facing business.
- A track record of having worked extensively across performance marketing channels.
- Consumer‑centric with a deep knowledge of utilising data and insights to drive marketing performance and ROI.
- Proficient with Google Analytics and Excel.
- Demonstrated highly creative or even unorthodox ways of communicating and promoting the brand.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with strong ability to execute.
