What You’ll Do
You’ll partner with senior advisors to deliver holistic financial planning while building trusted client relationships. Your work will span four key areas:
- Client Experience & Relationship Building
- Conduct client meetings and reviews to understand goals and deliver personalized solutions.
- Build lasting relationships through proactive communication and attentive service.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and planning tools.
- Financial Plan Development
- Create and implement holistic financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and estate planning.
- Collaborate with advisors to analyze and apply planning strategies tailored to each client.
- Plan Monitoring & Service
- Track progress of existing financial plans and adjust as client needs evolve.
- Partner with senior advisors to deliver timely follow-ups and plan updates.
- Team Collaboration
- Contribute expertise and support to colleagues across the firm.
- Share knowledge and participate in joint problem-solving to elevate overall client service.
- What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor in a planning capacity.
- Series 65 license (required).
- CFP® designation or willingness to pursue (firm-supported).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience with planning software (e Money or Money Guide Pro preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Wealthbox a plus).
