A high-profile, global multi-manager hedge fund are looking to make a London based ‘Chief of Staff’ hire. As the fund continues to expand and diversify, the lead Portfolio Manager for the firm's flagship European strategy is looking for a Chief of Staff to ‘take weight’ off his remit / the remit of the investment team.
The Chief of Staff will be a sounding board for business buildouts / strategy, implement strategic objectives (business buildouts / launches, technology advancements etc.), be the first point of call for the investment team regarding issues / challenges faced, and more generally they will look to deliver better collaboration.
