Overview We are seeking an accomplished Senior Asset Manager to lead the asset management function of a well-capitalised private investment platform.
This is a senior leadership role, with responsibility for shaping and expanding the asset management capability and guiding a small but high-performing team.
Responsibilities Oversee a diverse UK and pan-European portfolio with a focus on value-add and opportunistic strategies.
Work closely with operating partners, manage lender relationships, lead refinancing processes, and ensure performance is optimised across the portfolio.
Engage with the Investment Committee on a regular basis and mentor junior team members to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications Substantial experience in real estate asset management, ideally gained within a private equity investment firm or fund manager.
Strong track record in managing complex, performance-driven strategies, and comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions.
Relationship management skills, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
