Mondrian Alpha has partnered with a highly successful Private Equity firm in their search for a Valuation Manager.
Currently, the valuations team consists of five individuals, the valuations span both company and fund levels across their five existing Private Equity funds, with a sixth fund already surpassing its fundraising target. This role will engage in regular meetings with investment teams to discuss performance, while collaborating closely with Investor Relations (IR) and finance departments.
Leveraging highly automated processes throughout the organization, you'll have the opportunity to focus on value-added projects, including further streamlining processes and enhancing the efficiency of data flows and dashboards.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of four years' experience in a valuations-focused role, particularly dealing with a substantial portfolio of private equity valuations and derivatives. Strong communication skills are essential, as is familiarity with systems such as Power BI and SQL, with experience in project-focused work being highly desirable.
