Trader Assistant – Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund

A hugely successful global hedge fund, developing their presence in the UAE, are looking to hire a Trader Assistant for their rapidly expanding Dubai office.

The role directly supports / faces off toa multi-asset trading desk, working a broad remit covering operational oversight, trade capture, P&L reporting and analysis, trade bookings, execution oversight, risk reports etc. The hire can also expect to regularly work on projects for head traders & senior management in global operations.

Candidates should roughly have 4-8yrs relevant experience in a hedge fund operations / middle office / trader assistant role. A strong academic profile, project management skills and advanced tech are preferred where possible. We are open to relocating relevant candidates from other financial hubs such as London and Hong Kong.

The role will offer the successful hire a significant step up on his/her base salary + substantial bonus for a high performer – naturally, these are tax-free earnings. There will also be a relocation package if applicable.
