My client, a market leading private markets firm is looking to hire a Reward Specialist in a newly created role based in the firm’s London office. This is a newly created hire working directly with Heads of HR, Operations and Finance and taking ownership of the firm’s reward operations and incentives strategy execution for all employees globally.
The hire will manage the operational delivery and process improvement for the firm’s reward mechanics and take manage the co-investment and carried interest schemes end to end oversee all aspects of delivery including allocations, waterfall models, distributions and ongoing valuations. The hire will also take ownership of the compensation and reward system managing data and driving process improvements through automation.
You will manage all areas of the firm’s LTIP programme, leveraging one’s knowledge of carried interest mechanics to drive improvements in the firms talent attraction and retention strategy. The hire will also have the opportunity to take on a broader role within HR running competitor benchmarking reports and overseeing broader benefits that can boost employee experience.
The hire will also work on managing year end compensation processes for employees at all levels and work on projects that improve people data management, compensation analytics and the design of incentives programs once you are settled in.
The firm are looking to bring in an ambitious growth oriented Rewards professional with strong, hands on experience managing co-investment and carried interest schemes and build up into a broader role touching on different areas of HR and compensation, working with business leaders and helping to develop the firm’s Compensation and Rewards infrastructure.
