Mondrian Alpha are partnering with a leading Hedge Fund, seeking a Tax Manager to join their growing Tax team in London. This is a newly created role offering the chance to work within a globally recognised firm, supporting tax compliance, process improvements, and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the best-in-class tax management and reporting. This is a great opportunity for a Tax Specialist with 3-6 years experience to join and work alongside extremely high calibre professionals in the alternative investment industry, gaining broad exposure, partnering directly with technology teams and senior stakeholders.
Your primary focus will be on supporting corporate income tax compliance reporting and advisory initiatives across the business, and over time take on other taxes and jurisdictions as the business continues to scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end compliance and reporting process, transfer pricing reviews, and supporting internal processes and controls.
The ideal candidate is CTA/ACA qualified, with 3-6 years experience, ideally working within a financial services institution or within a leading accountancy firm. We are looking for low-ego individuals, who are interested in process improvement, strong academics, and exposure to financial services firms.
