My client, a leading and rapidly expanding digital assets investment management firm, are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner to focus on the build out of the firm’s technology teams across the EMEA region. The hire will take ownership for all non-US technology talent acquisition at the firm, a remit that will be highly visible & autonomous.
A core focus is to develop European sourcing and take ownership of talent acquisition strategy and execution for the London technology function, working with senior business heads to evolve how the firm assesses talent coming into the firm, whilst striving for a good mix of senior talent hiring and pipeline development.
The hire will work to bring in Quants, Software and ML Engineers into the firm at the most senior level whilst working to understand the competitive landscape and support business leads with the development of recruitment timelines and strategy, including the development and execution of the lateral talent plans.
This is an exciting time to join the firm as they expand their global footprint and build out a best-in-class technology team in its rapidly expanding London office.
Candidates should have at least 5 years relevant FS experience in recruitment, ideally working within an in-house TA function, but we could also consider candidates coming directly from an FS recruitment firm. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a pre-requisite. There is also a strong focus on academic profile and any additional industry qualifications.
This is a business-critical hire, the 2nd member of the London based TA team, and so the firm have budgeted up to a £250k TC package year one, with the variable dependent on the level of candidate that is hired and their individual year-one performance. A sign on bonus and/or bonus guarantee will ensure that the hire will not lose out financially if he/she is moving pre-bonus. An excellent benefits package includes a top tier pension and healthcare plan, fully subsidised breakfast, lunch and gym.
